Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact us at renaturehair@gmail.com. Accepted returns must be sent to the following address: 4-10-43 Komatsu, Kounosu City, Saitama, Japan

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
