4. Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept credit cards and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. A flat shipping fee of AUD $15 applies. Orders over AUD $100 qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only. To initiate a return, please contact us at renaturehair@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Prohibited Uses 

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to violate any regulations or laws.

8. Limitation of Liability 

Renature Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
